Usage limits: plans and what counts

• Workflows: how many workflows you own.
• Runs at once: runs queued or running at the same moment, from any source.
• Runs per 24h: runs started in the last 24 hours, counted as a rolling window rather than per calendar day. Editor, playground, trigger and API runs all count.
• AI generations per 24h: workflows drafted with Generate with AI, refinements included.
• API keys, APIs, MCP servers and Triggers: how many of each you have saved.

Open Profile. The Plan card shows your plan and a bar for each limit, such as "2 of 3" workflows. A limit your plan does not cap shows as unlimited.

Creating one more of something is refused with a message that names the plan and the limit, for example "The Free plan allows 3 workflows. Remove something you no longer need, or ask about a bigger plan." Nothing you already have is touched.

The workflow API answers with 403 and a body your code can check:

A trigger that hits a limit does not fail loudly: its last run shows skipped with the reason, and it tries again at its next time.

Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything; it only stops new creation until you are back under the limit. Paid plans are coming soon. If you need more room now, write to support@worfilo.com.
